Welcome to the Kansas Council on Developmental Disabilities (KCDD or Council). The Council supports people with developmental disabilities so they have the opportunity to make choices regarding participation in society and quality of life. The Council’s mission and activities are driven by its current Five-Year State Plan and is authorized under the Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act (DD Act) as well as applicable state statutes. Learn more about KCDD
