Unsolicited Grant Proposals
The Kansas Council on Developmental Disabilities (KCDD) welcomes unsolicited grant proposals on a rolling basis that align with one or more of the goals outlined in KCDD’s federally approved Five-Year State Plan.
KCDD’s limited grant funding is intended to serve as seed funding—supporting innovative, underserved, and underrepresented initiatives, programs, and projects across the state of Kansas. Priority is given to proposals that advance the goals of the Council’s Five-Year Plan and strengthen systems, services, and supports for Kansans with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
