New Grant Opportunity
Sunflower IDD Provider Inclusion Grant
About the Grant
KCDD is excited to partner with Sunflower Health Plan to offer a funding opportunity for providers who serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
This grant initiative supports innovative projects that help IDD providers throughout Kansas align with the federal Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Final Settings Rule.
The goal is to ensure people with disabilities have full access to community life and receive services in the most integrated and inclusive settings possible.
